Gold Design Deposit Policy
A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the design cost is required at the time of booking for most gold designs. Due to the specialised nature and expense of these items, the deposit contributes towards the cost of the design once it has been ordered and secured for the appointment.

Tooth Gem Aftercare
Proper aftercare is essential to maximise the longevity and appearance of a tooth gem.
For the first hour following application, avoid touching the gem, eating, chewing gum, smoking, or excessive tongue contact with the treated tooth. Soft foods are recommended for the first 12 hours, and acidic foods and beverages should be avoided during this period.
The bonding adhesive continues to strengthen over the first 24 hours following application. To ensure optimal adhesion, avoid brushing the treated area for 12 hours and refrain from using an electric toothbrush for 48 hours.
Ongoing care includes exercising caution when biting into hard foods, as excessive force may dislodge the gem. Maintaining good oral hygiene and following the supplied aftercare guidelines will help preserve the appearance and longevity of the tooth gem.
